Director General, Haryana Information, Public Relations and Languages Department, Sameer Pal Srow on Wednesday reviewed the preparations of the state level function of the 550th Prakash Utsav of Guru Nanak Dev at Sirsa on August 4 and gave necessary instruction to the officials.
Srow said that no negligence should be exercised in the preparations of the function and all work should be completed in a time bound manner. He said that adequate security arrangements should be made at all the doors of the venue of the function. Apart from this, there should be proper arrangements of drinking water for the devotees coming to the function. He directed the officers of the Public Health Engineering Department that the sewage system of grain market should be repaired.
The Director General said that media centre would be set up for the electronic and print media and arrangements of LED, computers and laptops would also be made.
