A special camp is being organized on August 18 at Edward Ganj, Malout, for distribution of artificial limbs among disabled persons. The camp, to be presided by Punjab Social Security, Women and Child Development Minister Dr Baljit Kaur, is being organized with the support of Alimco to provide artificial limbs to disabled persons. In the first phase, an assessment of disabled persons will be done; and in the second phase, artificial limbs will be distributed.
