Punjab Tourism and Cultural Affairs, Labour, Investment Promotion and Grievance Redressal Minister Anmol Gagan Mann on Sunday installed the statue of Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh in the Chowk near the committee office at Naya Gaon village of Kharar assembly constituency. She said that from today, this Chowk will be known as Bhagat Singh Chowk. “Keeping in mind the people’s problems, a Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) will soon be constructed by the State Government in Naya Gaon village,” she announced.
