Haryana Human Rights Commission (HHRC) would organise a seminar on Human Rights to sensitize the Revenue Officers at Gurgaon on August 29.A spokesman of the Commission said that Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda would be the Chief Guest and Chairman of Haryana Human Rights Commission Justice Virender Jain would preside over the function. Hooda would deliver the inaugural address.
