MP from Rohtak Deepender Singh Hooda on Wednesday said that Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda would be urged to lift ban on elections in Universities in the State.
He talked to the media on the last day of a training camp of National Students Union of India (NSUI) at Panchkula. He said the ban was imposed on elections during the regime of Chief Minister Bansi lal. The NSUI has registered victory in elections held on four seats in Delhi University and now it is looking forward to register victory in elections to be held in Panjab University, Chandigarh.
