Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Wednesday exuded confidence that the SAD-BJP alliance would sweep the upcoming polls for the Delhi Assembly, result would be contrary to all opinion polls.
Badal, interacting with the media persons on the sidelines of a function, categorically said: “There is a strong undercurrent in the favour of SAD-BJP alliance in Delhi polls and the results of these elections would be contrary to the opinion polls by media in favour of Aam Aadmi Party.”
“like the opinion polls of 2012 Punjab Assembly polls, these surveys of the media would also prove wrong and the SAD-BJP alliance would get thumping majority in the ensuing Delhi elections,” he said. Badal said that the people hold the key to success in any election and “in Delhi, people’s verdict is clearly in the favor of SAD-BJP alliance”.
