From now onwards, the verification of certificates of job applicants will be done online in Haryana.
For, the results of all examinations from 2004 to 2017 will be made available online while results of the examinations held before 2004 are being digitalized, said a spokesman of the Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani.
He said that the Board had taken several measures to make its working reliable and transparent.
No fee would be charged in case of departmental verification but private organizations would levy the charge. After complete digitalization of records of results, teachers and students will not be required to come to the Board to obtain them, said he.
He said for verification of certificates, every department would be given a code so that verification could be done from anywhere.
Efforts are being made to make online evaluation of the upcoming examination of D.l.Ed Secondary and Senior Secondary (academic, re-appear, open school) July 2018. This would help expedite declaration of results, he added.
The spokesman said candidates wanting duplicate certificates would be able to get them online. They would be able to get all these facilities through the Common Service Centres from home, which would save their time and money, said he.
The Chief Minister Manohar lal, would inaugurate SARAl portal on April 14, under which 353 services would be offered, including online services related to the board.
In future, Global Positioning System (GPS)-based examination centres would also be set up to keep vigil on the centres. Report has been sought from the 404 flying squads formed during the recently concluded annual examinations about sensitive and hyper sensitive examination centres.
On the basis of this report, necessary steps would be taken by the Board before setting up such centres, the spokesman added.
