He also joined PGI, Chandigarh as a senior resident doctor and went up the ladder to Assistant Professor. “Earlier I used to click photographs by black and white camera but with the passage of time, I also set up my own dark room to keep alive my passion. During my service period at PGI, USA and other places, I didn’t leave this hobby, instead I used to go the places during my relax period or vacations and tried to click every different thing by my camera”, said Grewal.

Dr Grewal has special interest in wildlife, human interest, nature, architecture, amazing moment’s etcetera. He has clicked thousands photographs during his whole life. He has visited almost the whole globe and took best of the best rare photographs of wildlife in South Africa, architecture of France, amazing moments of every where.   Now he put all of his prints of his photography on premium glossy photo paper and on heavyweight matte paper using ultra-chrome hi-gloss inks or durabrite inks so as to ensure that the photographs have a shelf life of more than 100 years.

Dr Grewal said all the money from this collection will go to to ‘Roshni’ NGO which assist poor eye patients in need of treatment.  The exhibition is being organised under the banner of ‘FOOTPRINTS’ at Punjab Kala Bhawan Chandigarh which starts from September 26 onwards.
