Haryana Education Minister Ram Bilas Sharma on Thursday said that renovation work, as per requirement, in all government schools of the state should be got completed before March 31, 2019.
He also directed the officers to expedite the construction work of toilets in schools wherever required.
Sharma was presiding over review meeting of the Department with senior officers, here.
The Education Minister said that teachers have been directed that as per requirement, the schools should be upgraded as soon as possible.
He also directed the officers to review the demands of computer teachers appointed in schools on contractual basis.
Those present in the meeting included Additional Chief Secretary, School Education Department, PK Das, Director General, Secondary Education Department, Rakesh Gupta, Director, Elementary Education Department, DK Behera and other senior officers.
