In its ongoing effort to boost investment and promote planned urban development, Punjab Government is organizing a third special camp to issue clearance certificates related to the real estate sector. The initiative is part of the state government's commitment to providing transparent, efficient, and corruption-free services to the people of Punjab.

The state’s Housing and Urban Development Minister Hardip Singh Mundian on Sunday announced that the camp would help resolve issues faced by promoters and builders, enabling smooth and timely processing of real estate projects. The department has already successfully organized two camps, during which 178 clearance certificates were issued to promoters and builders on the spot. The upcoming camp will continue this effort, addressing a broader range of issues and facilitating further growth in the sector.

The certificates to be issued in the camp will include important documents such as licenses, completion certificates, partial completion certificates, letters of intent, zoning plans, building plans, promoter registration certificates, and layout plans for colonies under various development authorities.

The Minister emphasized that the Punjab Government is keen on fostering a conducive environment for investment, with a focus on urban development that is both organized and sustainable. By prioritizing the needs of real estate developers and streamlining bureaucratic processes, the state aims to further enhance its attractiveness as a destination for investment.
