Taking Strong exception on the statement of Revenue Minister Bikram Singh Majithia demanding action against two Congress MlAs from privilege committee of Vidhan Sabha, Congress leaders on Saturday said that Majithia should not talk about rules, principles and morality, as he and his loyalist have violated the ‘Maryada’ of house.
The Joint statement issued by Senior Congress leaders Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Tarlochan Singh Soond, Hardyal Singh Kanmboj, Mohd Sadiq, Harchand Kaur, Joginder Singh Panjgarain, said that the Majithia should introspect before making any demand, that whether he and his coterie has any moral right to demand action against Congress MlAs. They said that it was a classic case of ‘The pot calling the kettle black’ and reminded Majithia about the abuses he hurled to Rana Gurjeet Singh in the august house.
