Punjab BJP is all set to launch a State-wide ‘Congress Gaddi Chhodo’ campaign from October 2. Along with that, the party would also launch Jan Sampark Abhiyaan on the same day which will be followed by a rath yatra.
Announcing this, the state BJP president Shwet Malik said that the campaign would be launched against Capt Amarinder Singh government as it failed on all fronts.
“There has been no development in Punjab and the law and order situation has deteriorated under the Congress government,” said Malik, adding that the campaign would start from Jalandhar.
Malik claimed that development works have witnessed a setback since the Congress came to power in Punjab. “The funds which were released during the previous SAD-BJP regime have been returned unspent,” he said.
