There is urgent need to evolve a comprehensive 'look North' policy by India to have major connectivity with Central Asia", observed Prof RS Yadav, Chairman, Department of Political Science and Defence and Strategic Studies, Kurukshetra University, in his presentation in the India-Central Asia Dialogue II conference held recently at Almaty in Kazakhstan. Dr Yadav has become the first professor of Kurukshetra University to attend the high level conference, under the fifteen member delegation led by the E Ahmed, Hon'ble Minister of State for External Affairs. Yadav was the only academician in the delegation which strived for the new dimensions in the relations between India and Central Asia.
