President's Police Medals for two Haryana officers

On the eve of Independence Day, two police officers of Haryana have been awarded President’s Police Medals for distinguished services while 14 other police officers and personnel have been awarded  Police Medals for meritorious service.

A spokesman of Haryana Police Department said that Sheel Madhur, Director General Police Reforms, Gurgaon and Prashant Kumar Agrawal, Additional Director General of Police (Headquarters), Panchkula, have been awarded the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service.

Police Medals for meritorious service have been awarded to Dr Binay Kumar Sinha, Additional Director General of Police, State Vigilance Bureau, Gurgaon; Surinder Pal Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police, Ambala; Surinder Mohini, Deputy Superintendent of Police, First Battalion Haryana Armed Police (HAP) Ambala City; Dalip Kumar, Assistant Commissioner of Police (Headquarters), Panchkula; Ajay Kumar, Inspector  CID, Sirsa; and Jyoti Sheel, Inspector  CID, Rohtak.

Others who have also been awarded Police Medals for meritorious service included Rajiv Mohan, Sub-inspector State Crime Records Bureau (Headquarters), Madhuban; Sultan Singh, Sub-inspector, Madhuban; Harbilas Singh, Sub-inspector, Panchkula; M Sikandar lal, Sub-inspector CID, Ambala; Jitender Singh, ORP Sub-inspector, HPA Madhuban; Devi lal, Assistant Sub-inspector, office of  ADGP/l&O; Seema Gupta, Assistant Sub-inspector, office of  Director General of Police and Suresh Chand, Assistant Sub-inspector, Panchkula.
