Even as the formal announcement of schedule of Assembly elections in Haryana is yet to be made, the ‘slogan-war’ has already begun among various political parties across the State.
All the political parties, including the ruling Congress and the Opposition parties like Indian National lok Dal (INlD), Haryana Janhit Congress (HJC), Haryana Jan Chetna Party (HJCP) and Haryana lokhit Party (HlP) among others have coined slogans for their campaigns and are hitting out at each other through their advertisements that are telecast on various regional news channels round the clock.
The Congress under the leadership of Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, after ruling the State for two consecutive terms is trying to register a hat-trick and has intensified its attacks on INlD with slogans like “Meham, Kandla nahi dohrana hai…Tihar Gang Se Bachana Hai”.However, in a befitting reply to the Hooda Government, INlD has coined slogan “Bhatkte Yuva…Goli baaz…Gulabi Gang Sarkar”.
Similarly, other Opposition parties including HJC, former Congress MlA Venod Sharma’s newly launched outfit HJCP and former State Home Minister Gopal Goyal Kanda’s HlP, in their series of advertisements, have also been launching scathing attacks on ruling Congress with various allegations including corruptions, land-scams, ClUs, besides escalating unemployment and bias development across Haryana.
To make the advertisements more authentic, all the Opposition parties are taking assistance of professional actors resembling as common man including a housewife, a farmer, a student and an unemployed youth, who are raising questions on Hooda’s rule.
