Haryana Government has framed a Draft Policy to regulate transfers of teaching and non-teaching staff of Government Colleges with effect from the year 2016-17 and all the Principals of Government Colleges have been asked to send their suggestions within 15 days to the Director, Higher Education so that the policy can be finalised.
A spokesman of the Higher Education Department said that all the transfers of teaching staff and non-teaching staff posted or to be posted in the Government colleges of the State would be made in accordance with the guidelines of the policy.
As per the guidelines, consecutive, normal tenure of an employee at any place of posting should be a minimum of three years. An employee would not be transferred even after three years in case his or her results have been 100 per cent during the last three years and if he or she wishes to continue in that college.
