Haryana Minister of State for Cooperation Manish Kumar Grover on Saturday visited the venue of ‘Vijay Sankalp’ rally to be addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday in Rohtak and reviewed the preparations.
Chief Secretary Keshni Anand Arora also accompanied him to review the preparations. Later, they held a meeting with officers and gave necessary directions regarding arrangements.
Arora said all officers and duty magistrates should do their duty with promptness. During the programme, each duty magistrate should be present at his duty place and check all the necessary aspects thoroughly before the commencement of the programme. Till the end of the programme, officers would be present at their designated places. During the meeting, DGP, Manoj Yadav gave necessary directions to the police officers and the duty magistrates to maintain law and order.
Those present meeting included Director General, Information, Public Relations and Languages Department, Sameer Pal Srow, DGP, Manoj Yadav, ADGP, CID, Anil Rao, IG, Sandeep Khirwar, Deputy Commissioner, RS Verma and other senior officers.
