Despite the exit polls showing major reverses for the ruling Congress, Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Wednesday put on a brave face.
The two-time Chief Minister claimed that development breeze was blowing all over Haryana. “The electorate of Haryana will definitely endorse the development agenda and elect Congress for the third time in the Assembly Poll,” Hooda exuded confidence while talking to mediapersons after casting his vote in his native village Sanghi, near Rohtak.
Hooda, along with his son Deepender, wife Asha Hooda, and other family members cast his vote in a polling booth in village Sanghi. He claimed that the agenda of development, pro-people welfare policies, and a responsive and responsible administration have created a positive buzz for Congress in the State.
Earlier, the Chief Minister sought the blessing of his mother Hardei at his Rohtak residence before proceeding to village Sanghi.
Member of Parliament Deepender Hooda said pro-Incumbency wave is sweeping the entire State.
A visibly confident Hooda, told the villagers- “You take care of this election, I will take care of Haryana.
