Punjab Minister Surjit Singh Rakhra on Friday urged the masses to use the natural resources with utmost care and precision to preserve the national resources in the state. Rakhra explained to people that this is high time to realize the importance of natural resources and make their use judiciously in order to save the earth for the future. He expressed his views in a regional meeting of Northern States for integrated watershed management programme of water conservation department under ministry of rural development.
