Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Thursday said that opposition parties have no issue to raise in the Monsoon Session of Haryana Vidha Sabha which will commence from Friday.

Hooda was replying to questions of media persons after the function organised here to felicitate the teachers with State Teachers Award on the occasion of Teachers Day. Hooda said that the present Haryana Government is pro farmer. Several steps have been taken for the benefit of farming community in the State whereas in earlier regimes nothing much was done for their sake, he added.

When Hooda was asked to comment on the interim bail granted to MlA from Sirsa Assembly Constituency Gopal Kanda, the Chief Minister said that he would not comment on this issue as it is still sub-judice. Asked about the new land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Bill introduced by the UPA Government, the chief minister said that the Bill was in the favour of farming community and would support their cause.
