Online land registration in Haryana soon

Haryana Finance Minister Capt. Abhimanyu on Wednesday said that the State Government would launch online land registration in the State.

Addressing a news conference, the Finance Minister said that pilot project of online land registration will be launched in Indri tehsil in Haryana’s Karnal district and later, will be introduced in the entire state.

Capt. Abhimanyu said that earlier, the State Government had launched e-stamping in Haryana.

He also informed that crop loss assessment exercise would be carried out in the state and compensation would be disbursed to the affected farmers at the earliest.

Reacting sharply to the allegations of the leader of opposition Abhay Chautala that the Chief Minister Manohar lal had recently met the Prime Minister on the issue of disgruntled Haryana BJP MlAs and did not raise the issue of Sutlej Yamuna link (SYl) canal, Capt. Abhimanyu said that it is the imagination of the INlD leader.

The INlD as well as  the Congress did nothing on the SYl canal issue during their governments in the state. Now, they are doing politics on the SYl canal issue as the BJP led State Government  did a commendable job for safeguarding the interests of the people on SYl canal issue, he said.

Following his meeting with the PM last Saturday, the Chief Minister had been under fire from the opposition, first for not arranging a meeting with Prime Minister on the SYl issue and later, for meeting the Prime Minister without taking opposition leaders along.
