Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij on Friday said online diary system would soon be started at headquarter level for dealing with cases related to retired officers and employees of the Department. Once this system is implemented, it would become necessary to dispose of such cases within one week.
Vij said he has directed the Additional Chief Secretary, Health to make this arrangement at the earliest. He said it has been found that the cases of retirement of officers and employees were not disposed of on time in the office of Director General, Health Department.The Minister said the copies of all files and applications would be uploaded in online diary system alongwith time of application, date and other important information. It would be mandatory to dispose of all cases within one week otherwise action would be taken against the concerned employee or officer.
