Haryana Government has directed that the consolidated instructions and guidelines on official dealing between the Administration and Members of Parliament and State legislature should be strictly complied by all the Government servants.
The committee on violation of protocol norms and contemptuous behaviour of Government officers with members of lok Sabha in its second report tabled in the lok Sabha on January 4, 2018 has recommended ensuring strict compliance of these instructions by the Government servants, said a spokesman of Political and Parliamentary Affairs Department.
He said that the committee also recommended discouraging and desisting the State Government to involve private companies and agencies in organising or sponsoring functions which essentially fall under the domain of the State Government.
The report could be downloaded from the website of lok Sabha for strict compliance both in letter and spirit. Any violation of the said guidelines would be viewed seriously, he added.
