To assist the aggrieved teachers, Haryana Government has created “Grievance for Transfers 2016” on its “Sugam Sampark” portal where all such teachers may submit their grievances online. Under the transfer policy, the aggrieved teachers can represent to the competent authority within 15 days of issuance of orders, after joining at new place of posting. Their representation would be considered in accordance with the Policy, said a spokesperson of Education Department. The teachers would have to obtain request ID after submitting their grievances “Online”. In due course, the Department would intimate its decision to the concerned employee. He said that such grievance should only be submitted under the subject “Grievance for Transfers 2016”. The spokesperson said that Haryana Government is also considering the issue of those about 774 teachers, who despite a plethora of communications and requests issued to them through various modes of communication, faulted for completing their personal profiles as well as the service profile for which they were specifically asked for in the teachers’ transfer policy as well as in the communications.
