Himachal Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Monday said that the previous Congress Government in the State has left debt liability of `46500 crore, which is an issue of grave concern.
But, I assure that funds would not be any constraint in the name of development in Himachal, said the Chief Minister while addressing a gathering at Mandi.

Similarly, in 1993 former Union Minister Pandit Sukh Ram who was a strong contender but was not able to make it, which made all of us to think, that why not Chief Minister from Mandi this time,Thakur said, adding that he was grateful to Prime Minister whose choice to lead the State was from Mandi district at last.
Earlier, Thakur went to pay obeisance at Dev Matloda Temple at Shikawari, in Shikawari Panchayat. The Chief Minister was accompanied by his family.
