The Town and Country Planning Department (TCPD) on Thursday said that it had not issued any letter-of-Intent (lOI) and any licence or ClU in the NCR region ever since the embargo was imposed by the High Court in the National Capital Region.
It said that the allegation levelled by Abhay Chautala of INlD that the Government had recently given letter of intent to three real estate giants for over 5,000 acres land in the National Capital Region (NCR) area despite a High court stay on allowing change of land use there was entirely wrong and irresponsible.
