Regarding the sensitive issues related to death of six children in ludhiana-based hospital and atrocities on journalists on duty by Haryana Police covering Barwala incident in Hisar, NHRC chairman said that they have taken the suo motu cognisance of the matter and sought reports from the concerned States.
