The 123rd International Jalsa Salana Qadian commenced here with Maulana Mohammad Inaam Ghori, Chief Secretary Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Qadian and the representative of Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad Khalifa Tul Masih hosting the Ahmadiyya flag liwae Ahmadiyyat.
The Jalsa Salana participants raised the slogans Islam Zindabad, Ahmadiat Zindabad. After the flag hosting ceremony, Maulana Mohammad Inaam Ghori took his hand for prayer in which thousands of Ahmadi people joined. The inauguration session was started with the recitation of Holy Qu’ran. Chaudhry Maqbool Ahmad, Deputy Secretary Press & Media Ahmadiyya Jamat Qadian, said nearly 6,300 Ahmadiyya Muslims have come from Pakistan to attend this congregation. Muslim Jamat head Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad Khalifa Tul Masih will address this congregation on December 28 around 4 pm.
Thousands of the Ahmadi Muslim women are also participating the Jalsa Salana Qadian. Special arrangements have been made for women to listen the Jalsa Salana proceeding in veil. Big screens have been installed to watch the Jalsa Salana live programmes in the Ahmadiyya Ground.
