Haryana Governor Satyadeo Narain Arya on Monday accepted the resignation of Minister of State Nayab Singh Saini from the State Cabinet.
After being elected to 17th Lok Sabha from Kurukshetra Parliamentary seat, Saini had submitted his resignation from the Cabinet. Saini was serving as Haryana Minister of State for Labour and Employment and Mines and Geology in the Manohar Lal Khattar Cabinet in the state. He was MLA from Naraingarh Assembly constituency.
The newly elected MP from Kurukshetra has also submitted his resignation from the Haryana Assembly to the Speaker Kanwar Pal Gujjar. In general elections, he had trounced his closest rival Nirmal Singh of Congress with a margin of more than 3.8 lakh votes.
