Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tewari on Sunday said that Madhopur, where Narendra Modi held his first public rally after becoming the chairman of the BJP’s campaign committee, will mark the beginning of the final end of the National Democratic Alliance.
Tewari, who represents ludhiana parliamentary constituency in Punjab, said “While the process of decline for NDA started the day Modi took over the reins of the BJP, the final end will begin from Madhopur.” Reacting on Modi’s rally, Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee president Partap Singh Bajwa said “Modi’s rally at Madhopur on the border of Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir was deliberate and it is a strong message against minority communities.”
