After its impressive performance in the lok Sabha elections, the BJP in Haryana will get a boost with rallies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and party president Amit Shah in the next few days.

The BJP will sound its bugle for the October polls with its Vijay Sankalp Yatras. Shah will flag off these yatras on August 14 from 11 am.

Soon after on August 16, Shah would chair a rally at Jind as chief guest, in which veteran congress leader and MP from Rajya Sabha Chaudhary Birender Singh is expected to join the party. The rally is being organised by Yuva Shakti-Badlav ki Aur – a Hisar based NGO.

Earlier this rally was scheduled on August 18 at Kaithal but due to Modi’s visit in Kaithal on August 19, the venue and time of Shah’s rally was changed.

Modi will lay foundation stone of new national high way between Narwana, Barwala, Hisar, Rajgarh Rajasthan at the cost Rs 1394 crore in Kaithal on August 19.  Modi will also address a public meeting there after laying foundation stone for this upcoming NH. This will be the first visit of Modi to the state after becoming the Prime Minister.

Talking about the Vijay Sankalp Yatras,  Haryana BJP president Ram Bilas Sharma said Amit Shah will flag off Vijay Sankalp Yatras on August 14 from Mahendragarh. “This is the same venue from where Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Narendra Modi had addressed the public rallies earlier,” he said.

There will be four such yatras in Haryana. Sharma will lead the yatra starting from Mahendragarh which will cover areas of Rewari, Gurgaon, Mewat, Faridabad, Palwal etc. This would cover 23 assembly segments in 11 days. Union Ministers Rao Inderjeet Singh and Krishan Pal Gujjar will accompany him.

Sharma added that the yatra will focus on corruption and favoritism in government jobs, the way Hooda government is looting farmers in the name of land acquisition, regional bias in development, no uniform development of state, atrocities committed on backward classes especially the SC women, deficient water-power, bad shape of roads, rise in un-employment to anti-people policies of Hooda Government.

The BJP Kisan Morcha president Om Prakash Dhankar will lead the yatra starting from Bhiwani, leader legislative Group Anil Vij will lead the rally from Kalka and National spokesman Captain Abhimanyu will lead rally from Sirsa.

MP Dharamvir will accompany Dhankar, Ex Minister Prof Ganeshi lal will accompany Captain Abhimanyu and MP Rattan lal Kataria will accompany Anil Vij. MPs and MlAs will accompany yatra in their respective constituencies
