Congress candidate and local MP Naveen Jindal on Thursday said that Modi came to Kurukshetra and asked people to vote for such a candidate whose name even he did not knew.
During his speech, Modi referred to BJP candidate Raj Kumar Saini sometimes as Ram Kumar Saini and other times as Ram Saina. Jindal said that Modi claimed to be familiar with all streets and issues of Haryana and Kurukshetra but was not even familiar with the party’s candidate.Jindal came down on Modi’s comment that half of Haryana resides in Gujarat. He said Modi has disrespected people of Haryana and added that people of the state are self-dependent demanding an apology from him.Countering the allegations and comments made by Modi, Jindal said that people who do not know about ground realities are talking about waves. He said that Modi is building air castles, but real development happens on ground for which I have worked hard for the last 10 years.
