Haryana Public Health Engineering Minister Kiran Choudhry laid the foundation stone of Rs 27-crore 25-MlD sewage treatment plant, in Kurukshetra district. She said that between Feb’11 and Sept’13, amount of Rs 19.28 crore was spent on providing drinking water facility.
