The Manohar Lal Khattar Government in Haryana has decided to introduce a multi-level transparent system for farmers to self-report their land and crop details. For this, a portal named ‘Meri Fasal Mera Byora’ has been launched in the state.
The Chief Minister formally launched the portal here on Thursday and said that various Departments will work in coordination to ensure accuracy of data submitted by the farmers.
The State Government has also planned to launch an app of ‘Meri Fasal Mera Byora’ in the next few months.
The portal has been designed to ensure that the farmers get the benefits offered by the State Government including insurance cover, compensation on account of crop damage due to natural calamities and other financial assistance under different schemes.
