After unveiling the statue of Shaheed Bhupender Singh in village Bass of Charkhi Dadri, Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala on Monday said that the brave soldiers of Haryana have contributed the most in sports and in the army. The young players of our state are bringing medals for the country, whereas the soldiers standing on the border are ensuring the security of the country. He said that youth hailing from Haryana is more than ten percent in the Indian Army. “We have a sizable number of ex-servicemen and serving soldiers from every village and city. We should be grateful to all those brave martyrs and ex-servicemen who came home after protecting the borders for 20 to 25 years of long service. It is their sacrifice that has kept the country safe.”
