Continuing the exercise of reshuffling in administrative set up, Haryana Government on Wednesday issued posting and transfer orders of 19 IAS officers with immediate effect.
Haryana whistleblower IAS officer Pradeep Kasni, who has been transferred for more than 65 times in 32 years, was transferred again on Wednesday.
Kasni, Managing Director, Haryana land Reclamation Development Corporation has been posted as Chief Executive, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board in place of Garima Mittal, who goes as Director, Elementary Education and Additional Secretary, School Education Department, said an official spokesman.
TC Gupta, Principal Secretary, Monitoring and Coordination Department and works related to implementation of CM announcements has been transferred to Skill Development and Industrial Training and Employment Departments and Principal Secretary, Haryana Governance Reforms Authority and Principal Secretary, Administrative Reforms Department.
The much-expected major administrative reshuffle of IAS officers comes after the State Government had last week transferred 43 Haryana Civil Services and 23 Haryana Police Services (HPS) in a move to bring major changes in administrative system of the state.
The transfers have also been effected following the complaints lodged by more than a dozen “disgruntled” BJP MlAs with party high command against the state bureaucrats and working style of Chief Minister Manohar lal, who they had alleged failed to deliver on the “good governance” promise.
Meanwhile, IAS Rajan Kumar Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department while SK Gulati goes as Additional Chief Secretary, Forests and Wild life Department.
RR Jowel has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Devender Singh is posted as Principal Secretary (PS), Electronics and Information Technology and Civil Aviation Departments, Amit Jha goes PS Health Department and CEO, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board.
Sudhir Rajpal has been posted as PS, Industries and Commerce Department, Raja Sekhar as Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial Infrastructural Development Corporation and Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation.
Amneet P Kumar has been given the additional charge of Mission Director, National Health Mission, Tl Satyaprakash is given the additional charge of Director and Special Secretary, Science and Technology Department while Ashok Sangwan is given additional responsibility of Director and Special Secretary, Mines and Geology Department against vacant posts.
Vivek Atray, Special Secretary, Haryana Monitoring and Coordination Department has been given the additional charge of Director and Special Secretary, Arts and Cultural Affairs Department while G Ganesani is given the additional charge of Managing Director, Haryana land Reclamation Development Corporation.
Rajiv Rattan goes as Director and Special Secretary, Secondary Education Department against a vacant post while Vinay Pratap Singh, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Gurugram, Special Officer for Implementation of Smart Grid Project by Haryana Power Utilities has been given the additional charge of Additional labour Commissioner, Gurugram.
Munish Sharma, Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), loharu has been posted as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Hathin against a vacant post.
