In a major administrative reshuffle, Haryana Government on Monday issued transfer and posting orders of 17 IAS and 11 HCS officers with immediate effect.
Two IAS officers namely V. Umashankar and Ashima Brar have been posted in Chief Minister’s office.
V. Umashankar, Chief Executive Officer, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority, Gurugram has been posted as Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister while Rakesh Gupta goes as Project Director, Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates Programme.
Gupta would also be Director General, Secondary Education and Secretary, School Education Department relieving Rajiv Rattan of the said charge. Apart from this, he would also be State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad.
Ashima Brar, Excise and Taxation Commissioner and Special Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department has been posted as Deputy Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and she would also be nodal officer, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao against a vacant post.
Ramesh Chander Bidhan, Director, Industrial Training and Employment and Special Secretary, Skill Development and Industrial Training and Employment Departments has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, State Transport Department relieving Pankaj Agarwal of the said charge.
Vivek Joshi is transferred as Chief Executive Officer to Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority, Principal Secretary Monitoring and Coordination Department, Chief Administrator Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, Director Swaran Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management, Principal Resident Commissioner Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi and Designated Chief Executive Officer, Kundli Manesar Palwal Authority.
Deepti Umashankar, Principal Secretary, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department has been given the additional charge of Commissioner, Ambala Division, while Vijay Singh Dahiya goes as Secretary to Governor. He would also be Labour Commissioner and Secretary, Labour Department.
Praveen Kumar is posted as Director General and Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department and would also be Managing Director, Haryana Scheduled Castes Development Corporation and Managing Director, Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam Ltd.
TL Satyaprakash goes as Director General, Industrial Training and Employment and Special Secretary, Skill Development and Industrial Training and Employment Departments while Sanjay Joon is posted as Managing Director, Haryana Medical Services Corporation Ltd.
Amit Kumar Agrawal goes as Excise and Taxation Commissioner, and Special Secretary Excise and Taxation Department, Director Elementary Education and Special Secretary School Education. Apart from this, he would also be nodal officer, International Gita Mahotsav, 2018 against a vacant post.
Geeta Bharti is posted as Special Secretary Public Works (Building and Roads), Public Health Engineering Departments and Secretary Traders Welfare Board, Ravi Prakash Gupta goes as Director and Special Secretary Archaeology and Museums and Chief Vigilance Officer, Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran and Chief Vigilance Officer Urban Estates Departments and Rajiv Rattan is posted as Special Secretary, Home-II Department, Commissioner, Gurudwara Elections.
Rajnarayan Kaushik goes as Special Secretary, Irrigation Department and MD, Haryana State Minor Irrigation and Tubewells Corporation, Director and Special Secretary, Medical Education and Research Department, Vijay Kumar Siddappa Bhavikatti has been given the additional charge of Director, Rural Development against a vacant post and Priyanka Soni, awaiting orders of posting, has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Panipat vice Pradeep Kumar-I, HCS
