One of the students from School of Fashion Design of lovely Professional University has brought laurels to the University by winning first prize in Fashion Design Awards India Contest. Sancharan Sural Jain, a student of MSc Fashion Design won the award under the theme “Aura of Vintage” at the FDAI Awards ceremony, which was recently held in Jaipur. More than 500 entries were received from different fashion colleges and universities across Asia. However, Sancharan’s exclusive creation ‘a Gown’ inspired from antique clock & Victorian era was adjudged the best.
