Punjab Government on Tuesday posted IAS officer Karan Avtar Singh as Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Rehabilitation.
He was also given the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Information and Public Relations relieving Jagpal Singh of these additional charges. Currently posted as Principal Secretary, Investment Promotion, Karan Avtar would now hold this as additional charge. According to the orders, Karan Avtar would continue to hold the additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce during the training period of DP Reddy.
