Haryana Chief Secretary DS Dhesi has directed all Administrative Secretaries that under ‘Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana’ all schemes should be implemented as per the norms prescribed by the Central Government.
Presiding over a meeting of the State level Empowered Committee to review ‘Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana’ on Monday, Dhesi directed the Administrative Secretaries to personally supervise various activities of their respective departments being undertaken under the ‘Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana’. He directed them to pay special attention to all services being provided in villages under the scheme.
It was informed in the meeting that under the scheme 10 villages have been adopted by Members of Parliament of lok Sabha and five by Members of Parliament of Rajya Sabha. Village development plans have been prepared for development of all these villages.
It was informed in the meeting that so far 25 MlAs have adopted villages under ‘Vidhayak Adarsh Gram Yojana’ started on the pattern of ‘Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana’.
