Haryana Urban local Bodies Minister Kavita Jain on Monday issued directions to the officers of the Department to immediately complete the survey work of illegal colonies in their concerned areas and submit its report to the Government.
Jain said that the State Govt is committed to provide the people with basic amenities and better facilities. In this regard, all Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils and Municipalities have been asked to prepare detailed report of demarcated illegal colonies in their circles, as soon as possible. Jain said that no officer or employee would be spared for exercising any kind of negligence in providing basic amenities to general public.
She said that the dept has again issued directions to all Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Municipal Commissioners, Executive Officers of Municipal Corporation, Executive Officer of Municipal Council and Secretary of Municipalities for the submission of detailed report of survey of illegal colonies to the department. A letter has been issued to officers in this regard.
