Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) will allot sites to recognised political parties on freehold basis to construct party headquarters at Panchkula.
A spokesman of HUDA said that applications have been invited from recognized political parties for the allotment of sites in Sector-32, Panchkula. The area of each site will be 4087 sq mtr and it would have tentative cost of over Rs8.29 crore.
The last date for receipt of applications is April 29. Only National recognised political parties and Haryana State recognised political parties would be eligible to apply.
However, any party with no member in the legislative Assembly of Haryanatill April 29 will not be eligible to apply. Apart from this, the party should not already have a site in Panchkula Urban Estate, the spokesman added.
