HSlSA releases schedule for lok Adalats

Haryana State legal Services Authority (HSlSA) has released the schedule for lok Adalats to be held across the State in the months of July, August and September 2015.A spokesperson of the HSlSA said that in the month of July, monthly National lok Adalat for electricity, water, telephone, public utility disputes would be held in all districts on July 11 and lok Adalat would be held at Mohindergarh on July 18.

He said that in the month of August, lok Adalat would be held at Hodal and special lok Adalats for settling cases of senior citizens would be held in all districts on August 1, monthly National lok Adalat for Bank matters, Section-138, NI Act, Recovery suits etc (Pending and Pre-litigation matters) would be held in all districts on August 8.

lok Adalats would be held at Palwal, Hathin, Bahadurgarh, Rewari, Kosli, Yamunanagar and Bilaspur on August 22 and at Hisar, Hansi, Kurukshetra, Narnaul, Sirsa, Dabwali, Ellenabad, Sonipat, Ganaur and Gohana on August 29.In September, monthly National lok Adalat for criminal compoundable matters would be held in all districts on September 12, lok Adalats would be held at Ambala, Naraingarh, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, loharu, Faridabad, Fatehabad, Ratia, Tohana, Gurgaon, Pataudi, Jind, Narwana, Safidon, Jhajjar, Kaithal, Guhla, Pehowa, Karnal, Assandh, Panipat, Panchkula, Kalka, Rohtak and Meham on September 19 and special lok Adalats for petty criminal cases in all the districts and sub divisional courts would be held on September 19, added the spokesperson.
