Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has decided to e-auction of hotel sites in Manesar, Faridabad, Rai, Panchkula and Bahadurgarh.
Any person legally competent to enter into a contract is eligible to participate in the e-auction, said a spokesman of HSIIDC.
A spokesman said that the brochure containing details such as how to participate, terms of payment and other terms and conditions of e-auction is available on the web portal of HSIIDC.
The Corporation may without assigning any reason withdraw any or all the site from the e-auction at any stage and is not bound to accept the highest bid or any or all bids even they are above the reserve price.
HSIIDC has the right to accept or reject any or all the bids or cancel or postpone
the e-auction without assigning any reasons thereof, he added.
