Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has offered 777 industrial plots of different sizes at Industrial Model Township (IMT) Manesar, IMT Faridabad, IMT Bawal, Industrial Estate (IE) Kundli, IE Food Park Rai, IE Karnal, IE Panipat, IE Narwana and IT Park Panchkula.
Industries and Commerce Minister, Capt Abhimanyu on Saturday said that to meet the persistent demand for industrial plots from the multinational companies and domestic corporates, the HSIIDC has decided to invite applications for allotment of industrial plots. The allotment will be made as per transparent allotment procedure, he said.
An objective list of criteria has been evolved for shortlisting of applications to be received by the corporation. In case the number of qualifying applicants is less than the number of offered plots, the allotment shall be made by the Allotment Committee on the basis of evaluation criteria and in case the number of qualifying applicants is more than the number of offered plots, the allotment shall be made through the e-auction process among the qualifying applicants.
There would be no enhancement in future in respect of these allotments. The Corporation has also liberalised its Estate Management Procedure regulations (EMP-2015) to promote industrialisation in the State. The proposed allotment of industrial plots shall be as per provisions of the revised EMP-2015.
In addition, the Corporation shall be allotting industrial plots on ongoing basis for prestigious projects having investment of more than `50 crore, `40 crore and `30 crore for A, B and C categories of industrial estates, respectively. Under these categories, the entrepreneurs may apply at any time and the allotment shall be made by the Higher level Plot Allotment Committee on an ongoing basis.
