The Mahagram Yojana will be implemented in village Chautala of Sirsa district in such a way that this village can emerge as a model in the entire state, said Haryana Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala while directing the officers concerned to complete all the works related to Mahagram Yojana to be carried out in this village within the stipulated time period. He was apprised that a Detailed Project Report for the Mahagram Yojana in Chautala village has been prepared and work will start soon. The officers informed that the State Govt will start a micro-irrigation project in this village along with a solid treatment plant so that the treated water released from the plant can be used for irrigation. =The Mahagram Yojana was started for those villages in the rural areas of the state having a population of more than 10,000.
