Haryana Government has decided to formulate a transparent transfer policy for those departments having State cadre strength of more than 500 cadre posts.
For this, the State Government has directed all departments to update the service records in Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
A written communication in this regard has been sent by the Chief Secretary office to all the Administrative Secretaries, Head of Departments, Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and Sub Divisional Officers (Civil), Managing Directors, Chief Administrators of Boards, Corporations and Public Undertakings in the state.
In many cases, service records are not being updated in HRMS as per events and the entries are being merged together, said an official spokesman.
For example, an employee remained posted at six stations in ten years of service, but while feeding his posting record in HRMS the DDO concerned feed only one station, i.e. the last station hold by the employee instead of entering all six entries in HRMS. Due to this, it is not possible to verify the service of the employee properly, said he.
Therefore, the officers have been directed to update the service record data of each employee of their department so that online transfer policy of all departments can be brought into effect, added he.
