Haryana Government has issued a directive to all HCS (Executive Branch) Officers, instructing them to submit their Annual Property Returns in respect of Moveable and Immovable Properties (as on March 31, 2023) for the financial year 2022-2023 positively by July 25.
A Government official spokesperson on Sunday said that a letter addressed by the Haryana Chief Secretary to all HCS (Executive Branch) Officers states that as per Rule 24(1) of Haryana Civil Services (Government Employees Conduct) Rules, 2016, the Annual moveable and immovable property return of every financial year is required to be submitted by April 30 of every year but it is found that some of the HCS (Executive Branch) officers have not filed their Annual Property Return for the financial year 2022-2023 in respect of Moveable and Immovable Properties, reads the letter.
The return of moveable and immovable property includes cash, bank balance, deposits, loans and advances, investments in shares, securities, debentures, bonds etc, jewellery, vehicles, any other means of conveyance, any electric, electronic goods or household items such as refrigerators, air conditioner, LCD, LED, computers, washing machines, furniture etc, debts and other liabilities incurred directly or indirectly by him or his spouse or any other member of his family, and any other movable property owned, acquired or inherited by him or his spouse or any other member of his family, he added.
