Haryana Government has formulated a transfer policy of doctors under which they would be allowed to be posted in their home districts.
Health Minister Anil Vij on Wednesday said that such doctors would not be posted at district headquarters.
Earlier, the posting of doctors in their home districts used to depend on different considerations, he said.
Vij said that the State Government has prepared a software for the transfer of doctors, para-medical staff and other staff .
Apart from this, a separate cadre of specialists is being made in the department so as to ensure all kind of heath care services to the patients, he added.
