Himachal Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Wednesday said that the posts of Honorary Assistant Sub Inspectors would be created in the state police department. Under this, the Head Constables and Honorary Head Constables completing 32 years of service would be appointed as Honorary ASI. The CM said that a proposal was also under the consideration to set up a Police Training Academy at Bharari in Shimla.
